Everything you need before your visit
Before You Arrive
Outpatient registration is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. You do not need an appointment for most outpatient consultations, but booking one online reduces your waiting time.
- Carry a photo identity document.
- Bring any previous prescriptions, discharge summaries and reports.
- Bring your insurance or scheme card if you have one.
- If you are coming for a fasting blood test, do not eat after midnight.
Registration and Consultation
Register at the front desk, where you will be given a registration number. Keep this number; it links all of your visits, prescriptions and reports.
You will then be directed to the relevant outpatient room. If you are unsure which department you need, the reception team will help you decide.
If You Are Admitted
Admission is arranged by your treating doctor. Our admissions desk will explain the ward options and the estimated cost before you are admitted.
One attendant may usually stay with the patient. Intensive care units have restricted access; the nursing station will tell you when you can visit.
