Mothers have been cared for at Cluny for generations. The department offers complete antenatal care, a labour room staffed round the clock, caesarean and normal deliveries, and a fetal medicine clinic for pregnancies that need closer monitoring.

Gynaecological services cover menstrual disorders, infertility evaluation, and both open and laparoscopic surgery. A neonatal intensive care unit is available on site should the baby need it.
